Welcome to MK Pure Valet. By booking or using our mobile valeting and detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Our Services
MK Pure Valet is a fully mobile vehicle valeting and detailing service based in Milton Keynes, covering Milton Keynes, Northampton, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury and surrounding areas. We provide exterior and interior cleaning services as described on our website, using high-quality, environmentally friendly products.
2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via our website contact form, by email, or by phone/message.
- Once you have submitted a booking request, we will confirm your appointment via email or phone call. A booking is only considered confirmed once you have received this confirmation from us.
- Please provide accurate details about your vehicle (make, model, and size) and its condition when booking, as this helps us allocate the correct amount of time and provide an accurate quote.
3. Pricing
- Our pricing varies depending on the size and condition of your vehicle.
- Any additional work you would like carried out should be noted at the time of booking, in the notes section of the booking form or communicated directly to us. Additional work may affect the final price.
- Final pricing will be confirmed with you before or at the start of the service. If, upon arrival, the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
4. Access Requirements
Our mobile service requires access to electricity at the location where the service is carried out. Please ensure this is available at the time of your appointment. If suitable access is not available, we may be unable to complete the service, or a rearranged appointment may be required.
5. Cancellations by Us
We make every effort to honour all confirmed bookings. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in unprecedented times or due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Severe or unsafe weather conditions
- Vehicle or equipment issues
- Illness or emergencies affecting our team
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where possible, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer an alternative appointment at the earliest convenient time.
6. Cancellations or Changes by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer and arrange a suitable alternative time for you.
7. Vehicle Condition and Liability
- We treat every vehicle with care and take all reasonable precautions during our service.
- Customers should disclose any existing damage, faults, or particularly sensitive areas of the vehicle prior to the service beginning.
- We are fully insured; however, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or issues that are not caused by our service.
- Please remove any valuables or personal items from the vehicle prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
